Delivery methods offered

The delivery of the products available on our website is simple, transparent and convenient.

delivery is carried out by proven courier companies, such as Fedex, DHL or a
private courier. Delivery time is from 5 to 14 business days and is counted
from the moment of receiving an e-mail confirming the shipment of the parcel
and the consignment note number. The prices of individual packages are given
when placing the order in the order form. In the case of products over 20 kg,
the driver is not obliged to bring the item. The customer is obliged to arrange
assistance in bringing the product or bringing the item himself.


If you do
not collect the parcel from the courier, we will deduct the shipping amount
from the refund amount.

Delivery time:

The lead time is selected individually for each product. On the offer page, you will find information about the delivery date (including delivery time). You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and waybill number. If the product is available in our warehouse, it will be shipped within 14 days. The maximum lead time for custom-made items is up to 85 working days, while for accessories and add-ons up to 21 working days receipt of the fee.

Here are the steps you need to take to ensure that the delivery procedure goes properly:
1. Select Products: Go to our website and add the desired products to your shopping cart.
2. Go to the order form: Fill in your contact details, delivery address, and other required information. Double-check your E-mail address and phone number.
3. Select Payment: Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
4. Order confirmation: After payment, you will receive an order confirmation and information about the status of your order.
5. Delivery: You will receive an email confirming that your package has been shipped, while for bulky orders, our customer service will additionally contact you to arrange the exact delivery date.

REMEMBER! Our trusted courier company is obliged to wait until you unpack the package and check its contents. PLEASE check your packages immediately after delivery, as a signed form for the courier proves that you accept the package without any damage that could result from damage in transit!
